SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $200 (Value of products in cart must total $200 or more). 

We also offer FREE standard shipping without no minimum spend for Sydney Metro Area which includes: Sydney CBD, Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Woolloomooloo, Potts Point, Edgecliff, Bondi Junction, Rose Bay, Double Bay, Zetland, Rosebery, Newtown, Alexandria, Mascot, Kingsford, Kensington, Redfern, Glebe, Pyrmont, Woollahra, Randwick and areas around this region. Contact us for more details about shipping areas.

Flat Rate & Express Shipping

  • Standard Shipping - For all orders under $200 we offer Standard Shipping Australia wide for just $10.

  • Express Shipping - For orders under 5kg we offer Express Shipping Australia wide starting at $20.

Standard shipping takes between 1 to 3 days in the Sydney area and outside and Australia wide for 3 to 5 days.

Express Shipping outside Sydney takes between 2 to 4 days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to request a return for a product purchased through Junior Top Nutrition, please Contact Us.

Any return request must be made within 30 days of purchase. 

 

Please call or email us with the following:

  • Full Name

  • Original invoice number displayed on the confirmation email

  • Reason for return

  • Any relevant photos

  • Contact details

Requirements to be eligible for a return

  • Returns must be received within 14 days of lodging a request

  • Unopened and unused in original sealed packaging

  • Securely wrapped

  • Accompanied by a Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase

  • Returned to us at your own expense

Can I cancel my order?

If you request to cancel an order, you must contact us via phone or email. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the request as it may have already been dispatched.

 

If your order has already been dispatched and you still wish to cancel, please do the following:

  • Refuse a delivery attempt

  • Decline the parcel at the Post Office

This will create a return to sender, which can take up to 10 days. Alternatively, you can return the parcel at your own expense. Refunds will only be applied once all items are returned in unopened/unused packaging.

 

Please choose products carefully. We do not accept returns for opened/used products if:

  • You received what you ordered and simply changed your mind

  • You misused the products in any way that caused the problem

  • the product did not perform to your expectations

  • you do not like the flavor/ingredients, including products where the manufacturer has reformulated the ingredients and/or repackaged the product label

Neither Junior Top Nutrition nor the products we sell, claim to treat or cure any diseases or conditions. We provide nutritional supplements that are intended to support you as part of a well-balanced diet. Any information and advice you receive should not replace the medical advice provided to you by your healthcare professional. We recommend that you always seek appropriate medical advice before consuming any nutritional supplements.

 

Damaged / Faulty Goods:

If you have received a damaged/faulty or incorrect product from us, please email juniortopnutrition@gmail.com with the following:

  • Full Name

  • Contact details

  • Original Order number/receipt

  • Any relevant photos

We will contact you directly as any exchanged or refunded items must be returned to our Online warehouse for any compensation to be supplied.
